Summary
This study tested whether an investigational drug called D-2570 is effective and safe for treating moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. It involved 161 participants who were randomly assigned to receive either D-2570 or a placebo (a dummy treatment) for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see how many people's skin condition improved by at least 75%.
