Summary

This study tests a new oral drug, D-2570, in 477 adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Participants will receive either D-2570, a placebo, or an active comparator to see how well it clears skin and improves quality of life. The trial is double-blind, meaning neither patients nor doctors know who gets which treatment.
