NCT ID NCT04147871

Summary

This study aimed to test different doses of an experimental drug called ADV7103 for people with cystinuria, a rare condition that causes painful kidney stones. The goal was to see if the drug could safely and effectively raise urine pH to help prevent stone formation. The trial was designed for patients from 6 months to 70 years old but was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
