Landmark study tracks Life-Changing CF therapy in kids

NCT ID NCT04613128

Summary

This study is observing children with cystic fibrosis (CF) to see how a powerful, already-approved triple-drug therapy affects their health over two years. It involves 180 kids, ages 6 to 11, who are starting this treatment. Researchers will measure changes in lung function, sweat chemistry, weight, and quality of life to understand the therapy's long-term benefits and effects on the disease.
