Summary
This study tested a drug called (R)-Roscovitine in adults with cystic fibrosis who have a specific genetic mutation and a chronic lung infection. The goal was to see if increasing doses of the drug are safe. The trial was planned for 36 participants but was terminated early, so results are limited.
