Summary
This trial is testing a new inhaled gene therapy called 4D-710 for adults with cystic fibrosis lung disease. It's specifically for people who can't use or don't respond well to current standard treatments. The study will check if the single-dose treatment is safe and if it helps improve lung function in these patients.
