Summary

This study tests an experimental treatment called CYP-001 for people who develop a serious complication called graft-versus-host disease after a stem cell transplant. The treatment is given alongside standard steroids to see if it helps control the disease better than steroids alone. About 60 participants will receive either CYP-001 or a placebo, and researchers will track their response for up to 2 years.
