New drug offers hope for rare overgrowth disorders

Summary
This study tests a drug called CYH33 in people with rare conditions that cause abnormal tissue growth and blood vessel problems. The goal is to see if the drug can safely shrink overgrown tissue and control the disease. About 141 adults and teens aged 12 and older will take part.
