Summary
This study tested whether a method called 'Cycle Syncing,' used through a phone app and at-home hormone tests, could help reduce the burden of menstrual symptoms. For 12 weeks, 60 women tracked their symptoms and hormones virtually. The goal was to see if this approach made their cycles more manageable and improved their hormonal balance.
