New combo therapy aims to shrink hard-to-treat tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug called CVL006 combined with several standard chemotherapy drugs in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 318 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
