Custom 3D jaw plates put to the test
NCT ID NCT06978530
Summary
This study is testing whether a custom 3D-printed metal plate works better than a standard, off-the-shelf plate for fixing a broken jaw joint. It will involve 30 adults with this specific fracture. Researchers will compare how well each plate helps restore normal jaw movement, bite strength, and proper bone alignment.
