Summary

This study tested whether custom silicone toe orthoses could reduce foot pressure and prevent pre-ulcer lesions in 60 people with diabetic neuropathy. Participants wore the orthoses for 6 months, and researchers measured changes in foot pressure, lesions, and quality of life. The goal was to see if these inserts can help manage foot health and prevent ulcers.
