Summary
This study tested whether custom-made surgical guides and plates could help surgeons more accurately repair broken jawbones. Seven patients with recent jaw fractures had their surgery planned and guided using these patient-specific tools. Researchers measured surgical accuracy, operation time, and recovery over 12 weeks to see if this approach improved outcomes.
