Summary
This study tested custom-made insoles created with 3D printing and computer-aided design in 40 adults with flexible flat feet. The goal was to see if these insoles could reduce foot pain, improve foot posture, and make walking more comfortable. Participants used the insoles and reported changes in pain and function using a standard questionnaire.
