Summary
This study is testing a drug called osilodrostat in children and teenagers (ages 2 to 18) with Cushing's syndrome, a rare condition caused by too much of the stress hormone cortisol. The main goal is to understand how the child's body processes the drug and to see if it safely lowers cortisol levels. The study lasts 12 weeks, with an option to continue for another 9 months if the treatment is helping.
