Summary

This study aims to adapt a proven therapy (cognitive behavior therapy) for young people in Pakistan who show early signs of psychosis risk. Researchers will test if the adapted therapy is practical and acceptable to participants. The goal is to create a mental health tool that fits local culture and can be used in low-resource settings.
