Summary
This study looks at whether a special training program can help nurses in Qatar provide care that respects patients' cultural backgrounds. About 100 nurses with little experience in Qatar will take part. Half will receive the training, and the other half will not. Researchers will measure changes in the nurses' cultural skills and how satisfied their patients are.
