Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of physical therapy called Cuevas Medek Exercises works better than standard therapy to improve balance and posture in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Researchers will compare the two methods in 54 children to see which one helps kids maintain stability during daily activities. The goal is to provide clearer guidance to therapists and families on the best ways to support a child's movement and independence.
