Summary

This study tests a new drug called CTO1681 to prevent or reduce cytokine release syndrome (CRS), a serious immune overreaction, in adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who are receiving CAR T-cell therapy. About 54 participants will take CTO1681 three times daily for 15 days starting just before their CAR T-cell infusion. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can lower the risk of CRS and related complications.
