Summary
This study looks at how a major heart surgery affects patients' confidence in managing their chronic lung condition. Researchers will follow 10 patients undergoing pulmonary endarterectomy surgery, measuring their confidence levels and walking ability before and after the procedure. The goal is to understand the psychological side of recovery and potentially improve support programs for patients after surgery.
