Blood test may predict cancer recurrence in head and neck patients

Summary
This study looks at whether measuring tumor DNA in the blood one month after radiation therapy can help predict if head and neck cancer will come back. About 188 patients with advanced stage III or IV cancer will give blood samples before and after treatment. The goal is to see if a big drop in tumor DNA levels is linked to better outcomes.
