Blood test may predict head and neck cancer relapse after radiation

Summary
This study is for people with advanced head and neck cancer (stage III or IV) who are getting radiation therapy, with or without extra drugs. Researchers want to see if measuring tiny bits of tumor DNA in the blood one month after treatment can help predict whether the cancer will come back within two years. About 188 participants will give blood samples before and after treatment, and their health will be tracked over time.
