First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (ctDNA) can better track how well treatment is working and predict if cancer will come back in people with advanced colorectal cancer. About 500 participants will receive standard radiotherapy and chemotherapy, with or without an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if ctDNA monitoring catches cancer progression earlier than regular CT scans.
