First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test that tracks DNA changes from tumors (ctDNA) can better measure how well treatment is working and predict if cancer will return in people with advanced colorectal cancer. About 497 participants who are getting radiation and standard chemotherapy, with or without an immunotherapy drug, will be followed. The goal is to see if this blood test gives earlier and more accurate information than regular CT scans.
