Summary

This study explores whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors choose the right treatment for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to prior therapies. About 100 participants will receive either standard treatment or treatment guided by ctDNA changes. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes and reduces side effects.
