Summary

This study is for people aged 70 and older with a type of blood cancer called DLBCL. After initial chemotherapy, a blood test checks for leftover cancer DNA. If found, patients receive an extra targeted drug (mosunetuzumab) to try to clear it. The goal is to improve disease control and outcomes while monitoring safety and daily function.
