Summary
This study tests an experimental extended-release capsule (CTAP101) in 40 children aged 8 to 17 with moderate chronic kidney disease, secondary hyperparathyroidism, and low vitamin D. Participants take one capsule daily at bedtime for 8 weeks. The goal is to see how the drug moves through the body and whether it is safe and tolerable.
