New cancer pill enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors
NCT ID NCT06600789
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug called CT7439 in people with advanced solid cancers that have spread or cannot be cured. The main goal is to find out if the drug is safe and what side effects it causes, both when given alone and when combined with other cancer treatments. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
