Summary
This study tested whether a special type of CT scan could provide helpful information for patients with severe emphysema getting a lung valve procedure. Researchers enrolled 13 patients to see if this scan could better show blood flow in the lungs before and after treatment. The goal was to learn if the scan helps doctors plan and monitor the procedure's effects.
