First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using CT scans instead of MRI to guide internal radiation (brachytherapy) can work just as well for locally advanced cervical cancer. About 1,200 participants will receive standard treatment plus CT-based planning. The goal is to make high-quality radiation therapy more available in places where MRI is too expensive or hard to access.
