Summary
This study compares two types of spine surgery (front vs back) for people with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, a condition where the spinal cord is compressed in the neck. The goal is to see which surgery leads to better quality of life and function one year later. About 269 adults with multiple levels of compression are taking part.
