New hope for kids with rare swelling disorder
NCT ID NCT05819775
Summary
This study tested an investigational medicine called CSL312 (garadacimab) to see if it could safely prevent painful swelling attacks in children aged 2 to 11 with hereditary angioedema (HAE). The medicine was given as a regular injection to see if it could reduce the number of attacks. Researchers measured how safe it was, how it worked in the body, and how well it controlled the condition.
