Summary

This early study tests an experimental eye drop (CSB-001) in 20 people with recent corneal scars (formed 7-30 days ago). Participants use the drops 3-4 times daily for up to 14 days. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drops reduce scar size and improve vision.
