Summary

This study tests an experimental eye drop called CSB-001 in 75 people with limbal stem cell deficiency, a condition that damages the cornea and can cause vision loss. Participants receive the eye drops in two treatment phases separated by a break, then are observed. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drops improve signs of the disease.
