New pill aims to clear severe psoriasis skin in major trial

Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called CS32582 for adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. About 220 participants will take either the capsule or a placebo for up to 12 weeks to see if it safely reduces skin plaques and improves quality of life. The main goal is to measure how many people achieve at least 75% clearer skin by the end of treatment.
