First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a device called CRYSTALSIGHT that tracks eye movements at home to detect if wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) has come back. Researchers will compare the device to the standard paper grid test in 60 adults aged 55-99 who are being treated for wet AMD. The goal is to see if the device is as good or better at catching disease recurrence early, so patients can get treatment sooner.
