Summary

This study aims to see if applying ice inside a tooth during a root canal procedure helps reduce pain and anxiety. It will compare two freezing methods against standard care in 90 adults with severely painful molars. Researchers will measure participants' pain and anxiety levels before, during, and immediately after the procedure.
