First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a treatment called cryoneurolysis, which uses ultrasound-guided freezing to calm overactive nerves in the shoulder and elbow. It is for people with cerebral palsy who have painful or disabling muscle tightness and have run out of other options. The goal is to see if this treatment helps them reach their personal goals, like moving more easily or feeling less pain.
