Summary

This study tested a new way to treat a serious heart rhythm problem called ventricular tachycardia. Doctors used a special freezing catheter to destroy the tiny area of heart tissue causing the problem. The goal was to stop these dangerous episodes safely and effectively. The trial included 64 adults who had not been helped by standard medications.
