Broccoli power: could cruciferous veggies stop bladder cancer return?
NCT ID NCT07391137
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether eating a diet rich in cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage) can help prevent bladder cancer from coming back in people with intermediate to very high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. About 250 participants will either follow this special diet or continue their usual eating habits, alongside standard treatment. The main goal is to see if the vegetable-rich diet improves the chance of staying cancer-free for at least one year.
