New app aims to ease the stress of choosing sinus surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new bilingual web application designed to help people with chronic sinusitis make more informed decisions about their treatment, specifically whether to have surgery. The tool provides educational resources and stories from other patients to support shared decision-making with their doctor. About 50 patients who are candidates for sinus surgery will try the app to see if it improves their decision-making experience and knowledge.
