First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS to personalized physical therapy and medication can help people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) feel less pain and move better. About 156 adults with CRPS for up to 5 years will be split into four groups, each getting a slightly different mix of treatments. The goal is to find a better way to manage this tough pain condition and help people get back to work and daily life.
