Summary

This study tests whether combining personalized physical therapy, functional neurology, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Researchers will enroll 156 adults with CRPS symptoms for up to 5 years. All participants will receive standard rehabilitation plus rTMS, but the timing and combination of treatments will vary between groups. The goal is to find a better way to manage this painful, long-term condition and help people return to work.
