Cultural program tested to build connections for native youth

NCT ID NCT05734014

Summary

This small pilot study worked with the Crow community to develop and test cultural activities aimed at strengthening relationships and connections for youth. Ten 5th and 6th graders living on or near the Crow Reservation in Montana participated in a summer program. Researchers observed the sessions and collected the children's drawings and reflections to see if the activities were feasible and well-received, and to learn what the youth took away from them.
