First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called crovalimab in about 50 people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), a rare blood disease that destroys red blood cells. Participants must be at least 12 years old, weigh 40 kg or more, and have not received prior complement inhibitor treatment. The goal is to see if crovalimab can control hemolysis (red blood cell breakdown) and reduce the need for blood transfusions over 24 weeks.
