First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a new medicine, crovalimab, in healthy volunteers and people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), a rare blood disease that destroys red blood cells. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can control the disease by blocking part of the immune system. About 59 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well it works.
