Can CrossFit give cancer survivors their strength back?
NCT ID NCT03750981
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week high-intensity CrossFit training program can help cancer survivors move better, feel stronger, and improve their quality of life. It will involve 500 participants who have been diagnosed with cancer and are cleared by their doctor to exercise. The goal is to see if this intense workout plan works better than current standard exercise recommendations for improving survivors' physical and mental well-being.
