New hope for kids with severe Crohn's disease in major drug trial

NCT ID NCT07298421

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called afimkibart to see if it can help children aged 2 to 17 who have moderate to severe Crohn's disease. The goal is to control the disease by reducing gut inflammation and symptoms in kids who haven't gotten enough help from other treatments. Researchers will measure if the drug helps kids feel better and if it causes any side effects.
