Brain training for Kids' soccer: study tests if thinking games improve On-Field performance
NCT ID NCT07479368
Summary
This study investigates whether adding critical thinking exercises to regular soccer training helps young players make faster and better decisions during games. Researchers will compare two groups of 9-year-old academy players—one receiving standard training and another receiving training with special thinking exercises. The goal is to understand if teaching kids to think strategically during practice improves their actual performance on the field.
