Summary

This study is testing whether a medication called Crisugabalin can safely reduce chronic pain in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare 166 participants taking either Crisugabalin or a placebo (inactive pill) for 12 weeks to see which group experiences better pain relief and improved quality of life. The trial focuses specifically on patients whose pain is linked to their Parkinson's and has been stable for at least three months.
