First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares two steroid-free ointments—crisaborole and tacrolimus—for treating eczema (atopic dermatitis) in 148 Pakistani patients aged 2 and older with mild to moderate disease. Participants will apply one of the two treatments twice daily for 8 weeks, and doctors will measure skin improvement and side effects. The goal is to find which option is safer and more effective for local patients, helping guide better treatment choices.
